ORDERS AND DELIVERY

  • We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay — making checkout seamless and secure.

  • Currently, We deliver within 3-5 business days

    Please note that these are estimations only and does not include any possible delays with customs. If you don’t receive your parcel or have any questions please submit your query to info@smartshinguard.com and we will be in touch.

  • Usually we will email you with a tracking number for your order 2-3 business after your order placement.

    In some cases, your order will be shipped by airfreight first to your country (or a nearby location) and then deliver by courier services. In such cases, you may not be able to track your order delivery status until your parcel is being handed over to the courier service provider. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by email to info@smartshinguard.com.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days, which will include your tracking details.

  • If you wish to obtain a copy of invoice for your purchase, please get in touch with us via info@smartshinguard.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.

    If you wish to have a Company Name or Company Billing Address on the invoice, please include these details within your email. We will then be able to process your request and email the invoice to you for your records.
